Workshop for Project Managers in Wroclaw showroom
In December, our showroom in Wroclaw hosted a unique event for Project Managers. The stationary workshop entitled. “Feedback - a gift not only for Christmas” turned out to be not only an extremely valuable meeting, but also full of inspiration, emotions and positive energy.
Just before the Christmas break, the HOOF shwroom in Wroclaw hosted the Project Management Institute PMI PC Wroclaw Branch association, which brings together project management practitioners with extensive experience in their team. The occasion for the meeting was a stationary workshop for Project Managers “Feedback - a gift not only for Christmas”.
As HOOF, we provided space for the event participants and shared our knowledge on ergonomics in the workplace. In response to questions asked by workshop participants, we also showed how to properly adjust a work chair and presented an alternative to a typical desk chair in the form of the HÅG Capisco seat.
After our presentation, we moved on to the main topic of the meeting, i.e. the workshop “Feedback - a gift not only for the Christmas” conducted by Kamila Lachowicz - Empathy in Business. The workshop was a great opportunity to look at feedback as one of the necessary processes in effective project work. Participants also had the opportunity to practice this skill under the guidance of the trainer.
Between the workshop parts there was also networking over aromatic coffee and delicious catering. The PMI Wroclaw team took care of the good mood and smooth running of the event, and the workshop “Feedback - a gift not only for Christmas” showed how important it is to build relationships, exchange experiences and seek understanding together. It was a meeting that brought a lot of value and energy - both for the coming year and for further daily work.
