Within the scope of our services, we offer changing the function of office space and rearranging offices while maintaining the decoration and equipment elements. This is the scope of work we have done for our client in Warsaw. The aim was to refresh the office space and adapt the finishing standards to offices located in other cities in Poland and to change the function of the space. Some workstations have been optimized and replaced with zones for creative work or informal meetings.
We have delivered comfortable chairs and mobile tables to conference rooms. Mobile furniture allows you to quickly change the layout in a short time. Thanks to this, you can create places for workshop work for small groups, or layouts dedicated to videoconferences.
In the chill-out zones, the designers focused on comfort, soft sofas and armchairs and natural greenery. Next to sofas from LaCividina and armchairs from Comforty, we installed Kosicka Design swings and MUTO lighting.
We supplemented the workstations with cabinets equipped with lockers elaborated by the HOOF team. This is our proprietary solution that allows you to open lockers with an access card used throughout the company.
Places to work in concentration and to talk in an atmosphere of silence have been equipped with workstations from BuzziSpace and Vitra.
For the implementation of the project we used: Treehouses by Bejot and Lumi and Orte 3D chairs, Pedrali tables and chairs, hanging panels from Muraspec, armchairs from MDD and Vank and decorative lighting from Modoluce.
